Industry

Plastic granules, packaging, chemicals (such as ethanol and industrial gases) and emergency power generators are essential to the country's economic supply. The Industry Division ensures that supply-critical companies have the necessary manufacturing inputs and resources to guarantee supply even in times of crisis.

The Industry Division focuses on cross-sectoral raw and auxiliary materials, such as packaging, AUS 32 (for diesel engines), and industrially produced goods identified as critical by other divisions. It regularly assesses the procurement risk of these goods, develops measures, and creates solutions for cross-sectoral challenges such as decentralised emergency power supply and packaging.
